Nathan loves Mary Policies

Important!

It is the buyer's responsibility to review the following policies before making a purchase with Nathan loves Mary. Upon making a purchase you agree to all terms set forth in these policies.

Privacy Policy

When you register and/or make a purchase with Nathan loves Mary, personal information is collected for the sole purpose of collecting funds from you, and delivering merchandise to your residence. In no way is this information ever sold, traded, or given to anyone for any other purpose other than to complete the transaction and deliver merchandise to your door. You will not receive spam or any type of unsolicited communication from Nathan loves Mary or any of its affiliates.

Ordering Terms

  1. Warranty:
    All products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Please make sure to ask us if you have any questions about a warranty before you make a purchase, we will not be accountable after you have received a product.

  2. Returns:
    All returns must be within 30 days of the date of invoice. All returned products must be in original, unopened, & resalable condition, just like when you received it, with all original documentation, boxes, etc. All returns are subject to a 25% restock fee. There are no returns on special order items.

  3. Special Orders:
    Any item that is special order may require a deposit or full payment in advance at the time the order is placed. The deposit or full payment is not refundable under any condition or circumstance. Due to the nature of this business, some orders take longer than we may expect. Nathan loves Mary will not be held responsible for delays from manufacturers, transportation / shipping companies.

  4. Credit Policies:
    Credit will be issued within one week of receiving a returned item. There are no returns or credits on items used by the customer or items that are physically damaged. If you receive an item that is physically damaged when you receive it then you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Do not send a physically damaged item back to us unless we instruct you to do so! Simply contact us so that we may assist you in handling a damage claim with the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.).

  5. By ordering from Nathan loves Mary over the phone, e-mail, fax, or by our online catalog, you are agreeing to and accepting all of these terms.
